ShinyPaw was very pleasant friendly and welcoming on my last minute Call. As a business. Owner myself I always look for great customer service. This was my labradoodle's first grooming and I wanted him to be very comfortable. The mobile spa was very clean and pleasant. I love the one on one attention given to the pets. I paid very close attention to my dog. He was just as relaxed as he was going in. Which? Indicates to me that he was very comfortable. He looks so handsome and smells very clean. I am SO grateful Shiny Paw showed up to my house to fully groom my full sized Aussie!!!! They did what they had to do to make her comfortable and she is very comfortable now!! She has three legs and is missing her back left leg. She was constantly falling on the hardwood floor and I found these folks on the internet. I called the owner, she told me all about them and after the job I’m SOLD!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Shiny Paw!!!!!!
